On the way to winter. Went into this season with no race plans, work on house basically complete the fall was spent on the shed project.
And the steel framework went up, went up in 2 days with the help of family and friends, work on this continues. at my 1 man rate.
Funny thing is I logged a few miles on the sled by making a weekend run up north to snow and was recording the miles in an Excel sheet and compared to last years mileage to date we are at the same point more or less... more relaxed training and no worries about being ready for a race...
And the funny thing is I didn't set out to have a live in handler to help with the dogs.. but David is now living here on a basic room/board for feeding and caring for the dogs. just came together... so that has helped with getting projects done and being able to run 10 dogs regularly enough.
